"My wife and I spent two nights with Andy & Pip at the lodge at the start of our New Zealand vacation. They were great hosts, picked us up at the ferry dock, helped guide us with local transportation options (take advantage of the bus system to the local wineries) and Pip provided a wonderful breakfast that was a highlight of our visit. "My sister and I stayed here this weekend and what a beautiful spot. So convenient to the CBD but also right in the thick of it on Ponsonby Rd with loads of cafes and shops around. We were concerned about being on main road and traffic noise but slept like babies! The allows are amazing. Wonderful place, great trip and will definately book to stay here again. Thanks"

"Hotel was great and I’d stay there again. I did have some issues that were seemingly caused by miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. On check in I was told my booking didn’t include housekeeping. On booking you could book the same room with or without housekeeping and I had specifically chosen with.
