"The hotel is impressive . The customer service is par excellency. Stayed in the property for five days and there’s 8 of us and reserved three rooms. They made it a point to put us together in one building as we have requested. The rooms were clean and big. The view from the terrace is beautiful . The restaurants were fantastic. The array of food is abundant and delicious . The Los Galleos which is a Mexican restaurant has the most authentic food . The staff were very courteous and sensitive. We’re not able to get a table one night and they sensed our disappointments, Selena the manager arranged a table for us 13 people to have a table the next day for dinner. We’re so grateful to her and her staff especially the morning staff that served us breakfast. The breakfast buffet in Ciao was also amazing . It’s a buffet of international choices. The omelette is so good . The staff are also attentive and respectful. The senior spring breakers had a blast . The crowds were well controlled and there are securities are everywhere checking on minors . "

"This was our second time staying at the Marina Fiesta. I love that it is right in the Marina in the middle of all the action! Everything is close by. The hotel gave us a complementary drink when we got there. They also gave us a $40 food credit which we happily used to eat by the pool. The food was good. The price for our room was super reasonable. I love the pool and the swim up bar. The staff was very nice. I highly recommend Marina fiesta"

"From the moment we arrived we were greeted by super helpful staff. The property is beautiful and really really well cared for. The pool areas are busy but the serving staff are always attentive, polite and professional. There are also lots of great activities (free) put on my the activities staff throughout the day and they do a great job."

"Overall, the property is great and we had a great experience. Our room was lovely and the view was spectacular. Our only complaints were that the restaurants and especially the bars needed a bit more staff. We had to wait way too long for beverages. They also have a policy that you have to sign for every beverage or food order. Even if you are all inclusive. That is fine. The problem was that often times we would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes or more to get the check to sign. It would be nice if there were one more dining option as well staying for an entire week. The dining option started to seem a bit limited."

"This is a great property. We have VIP access and Giovani is fabulous to work with. He has made sure that we have everything we need. When I lost my glasses, he was on it and was able to find the quickly. We certainly appreciate all of his efforts for getting us what we wanted. I highly recommend him if you have VIP access.
