"We had a lovely and comfortable staycation. A big shoutout to the team for their exceptional service."

"On check in, I was advised I should have booked 2 rooms rather than 1 although booking clearly stated room was for 4 people. It was then suggested that 2 adults and 2 teenagers needed to sleep on 1 king size bed. I explained this was not feasible and an extra single bed was provided. Apart from this, reception was receptive to requests. They sorted issues out like the shower not draining well. Lovely sauna and steam room. Please consider having more parasols by the pool. "

"We usually stay at leela hotels as the service is always excellent and this hotel was no exception. The property is conveniently located next to a mall and the area itself is so beautiful and quiet. Our room was huge and and the food at breakfast/lunch/dinner was very good. All the staff are so professional and super nice. Really enjoyed our stay! Thank u Leela "
