"Everything was so amazing… I honestly don’t even know what to say. My staycation away from the noisy madness of Lagos was so needed, and choosing Sofitel Cotonou Marina was the best decision. This was a much-needed, restful, peaceful, and absolutely fantastic reset. 10/10 — I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! A huge shout-out to Ms. Veronique and Madiath at the front desk — my checkout was so smooth. "Ouidah is my favorite place in the whole world and this hotel offers a peaceful getaway that I would choose over and over again. I recommend the sea view rooms, though the lakeview are nice as well. I just personally like being beachfront. The staff go above and beyond here. Food and drinks are delicious and decently priced for a resort. There are not a ton of activities, but the staff will organize games of water polo in the pool and you can canoe or paddle board on the lake. It's also quite close to Ouidah town where you can enjoy restaurants and cultural and historic sites."
