"What I liked the most is the relaxing environment that offers being on the Hotel and outside of it. Also the facilities and the organized things. I rate this hotel 9 out of 10 because the footsteps on the other rooms and the noise people make can be heard and scare you with the doors closing roughly. "The hotel has an excellent location right next to the main square in the city. We were greeted by Roberto at receptionwho was wonderful. As well as making our check-in smooth and effort-less he was a great source of information about the city. We often start our trips to a new city with a walking tour. Roberto talked us through all the important sights and gave us tips for restaurants and coffee shops. He was super."
