"Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room with a view and a balcony. Generous size with a couch and huge bed. Safe in the room with the lock for your personal belongings. Daily thorough house cleaning in the room would’ve appreciated. Sheets changed more often. Towels changed daily. Body soap and shampoo conditioner included."

Excellent hotel for couples with/without young children.A bit limited for older offspring.Some traffic noise from vehicles going to and from Puerto Mogan, but these are out of sight."

"Good location, near a bus stop that was handy to get around the city and be used as a pick up point for day trips. Good breakfast selection, and offered a picnic breakfast as long as it was requested the day before which came in very handy when we had to leave earlier for trips. Dinner selection was not vegetarian and vegan friendly, but the staff were fab at remedying this and specially making meals that the vegetarian member in our group could have."

"I can't fault this hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The hot food was cooked fresh in front of you, and there was a wide range of options. If you needed it there is a Hyperdino supmarket a short walk away, but to be honest everything you need is on site, all day. "
