"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"The hotel is beautiful; a large property with plenty of family activities.The location, directly on the ocean with the rainforest in the distance, was stunning! However, it is a $75 Uber ride from Old San Juan. It was difficult to get a decent meal, as the resort was crowded and without a prior reservation, you cannot get into the 2 nice restaurants. We ate a lot of bar food and room service, so I recommend making reservations before you go. "

"El hotel es amplio, la habitacion muy comoda y los servicios excelentes. Como mejora deberian ser all-inclusive los 3 tiempos de comida y bebidas dentro del hotel. La playa Minitas deberia estar mas limpia y tener balibeds. Excelentes restaurantes en La Marina y nos encanto todo lo que hay en la propiedad."

"They had just opened 14 days prior to our arrival so, there was some minor issues. However, they offered an un paralleled service. We had 2 and 3 waiters at a time. The Beach Club is beautiful. Amazing large beach with beverage service and lunch area. The place is very quiet and zen. We came back very refreshed"
