"The staff were friendly for the most part, however, there is a major miscommunication with the room service team. I can speak their language but they seem to not understand basic instructions. Ordering room service was a hassle as they always seemed to have nothing from the menu and just one or two items constantly. "Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food was also good and freshly prepared. Not only room the entire hotel was kept neat and clean. Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too. The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or. Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all. "
