Really liked the wooden floors. Nothing icks me the most than hotels with carpet so i’m glad they don’t have that here. "The staff were friendly for the most part, however, there is a major miscommunication with the room service team. I can speak their language but they seem to not understand basic instructions. Ordering room service was a hassle as they always seemed to have nothing from the menu and just one or two items constantly. "Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food was also good and freshly prepared. Not only room the entire hotel was kept neat and clean. Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too. The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or. Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all. "

"Set in a beautiful art deco building which has been restored to a high standard, this hotel is pretty much faultless for the money. Well thought-out rooms and the colour scheme and clean lines and colours makes it feel like Miami! Only complaint is that check in requires a mobile or email OTP for everyone staying in the room which is both unnecessary and a pain for international visitors. Also when the hotel server goes down it prolongs this irritating step. "
