"There were no glasses if you wanted some wine in your room. We were only given 1 small bottle of water between two people per day. And there was no creamer or milk for the instant coffee. "A lovely property with a great pool - ideal for a big group with kids. Even before finalising our booking Craig was extremely quick to respond to queries and provided loads of info. This level of attentiveness continued throughout our stay when we asked for more recommendations and help. The property is located in quiet countryside and was easy to find. "We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, it is very basic but suits our needs as an overnight stop with a dog. Last night we arrived and found the toilet seat cracked through and the sink cracked, the shower sealant was mouldy. I informed the reception about the toilet seat and was told there was no other rooms available and she thanked me for telling her. This morning at breakfast I gave my dog a piece of my paid for baguette and a piece of cheese, the gentleman on reception came...

"Nice location across the street from Pau airport. Unfortunately my flight was canceled. Taxis and Uber unreliable, so i missed my train. Very small tv, no remote so useless. No shampoo, old towels. They seem to be trying to make this a nice small hotel, but basics are lacking. "

"Appart'City was perfect for our six night stay in Pau. We had all the amenities of an apartment with the services that a hotel provides. The location couldn't have been better on Rue Marechal Joffre with its lovely shops and restaurants.(Highly recommend Resto di Vin) It is a half-block from Place Clemenceau with its carousel and fountain, a block from the Monoprix, and two blocks from the Blvd. Pyrenees. Surprisingly, with all the activities right outside our door, the apartment was very quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were able to take advantage of early check-in. "
