"The staff was engaged and helpful. The room featured a handsome dark wood desk/wardrobe along one wall. Overall, it was a very nice, if outdated room. There was nary a USB outlet in site, and the loose electrical outlets that things just fall of that you find in rooms a bit long in the tooth. I did really like the room, and the housekeeping seemed to be very good. I only ding the room for cleanliness because of a problem with the bathtub that was beyond housekeeping's control. "Chambana had a lot of expensive hotels - like Chicago expensive. Not sure why exactly? But if you're looking for a good lower priced option, this is a great choice. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Better than average breakfast. Pool is small with no changing area, but they provide pool towels and the water was clean. My only real complaint isn't something they can fix - it's the location. No real food or shopping in walking distance. But as long as you have a car, there are plenty of...

"The customer service was excellent from check in, housekeeping, breakfast attendant, to check out! The property is clean. The hotel is very clean. Our room was very clean, our bed was very comfortable. We had full breakfast. If we were to travel back through this area again we would definitely stay here again! "
