Staff at the OAKS extremely helpful and always gave a greeting either when leaving or arriving. Finally for those who enjoy a flutter the Crown Casino is a short train ride away. "We stayed at a high floor so room was more expensive and renovated.I chose a river view premier room but could not see much of the river view. But I must say the staff,generallly were very helpful and well trained."
