"Our family just returned home from a four night stay. The house was clean, in a great location and full of entertainment options. There was several maintenance issues that truly did not impact our stay but needed attention. The host was responsive to questions and my concerns. Excellent group parking and the house fantastic for families. Overall. a wonderful property. "

"Could not be happier with this property! The description was spot on. Up in the mountains but not TOO far up in the mountains. You dont need 4x4 to get there but it is quite the fun ride up. There are 3 different porches or balconies that provide a great view but for us it was the view from the master bed that was so amazing!Everything was clean and in great shape. We both had great cell service in the home for what that is worth. Definitely would stay here again!"

"A little old fashioned style wise but amazing value"

"My family and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. The cabin is spacious, modern, and on a beautiful large lot near Cosby. It includes amenities like a bonfire pit, hot tub, game room for the kids, lawn games and a grill. Internet was perfect. Also small touches like a welcome basket for our dog and free tickets to local attractions were appreciated. The only downside I can think of is the drive to Pigeon Forge was a little long, but we wanted to be away from the more crowded areas of this tourist destination. My kids loved this place and we’re already planning to come back. "
