"The entire facilities and rooms are much better than anticipated. The service and staff are excellent and attentive. The included breakfast buffet is super. Quality of the food and it's tastes are excellent. It's well worth it value-wise to stay here."

"The Springs Resort and Spa far exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautiful, well maintained and guest friendly. The three staff members we had the most contact with were exceptional, Esteban and Carlos, our golf cart drivers and Saul, our guide at the wildlife sanctuary. Every single staff member we came in contact was friendly and helpful, many going out of their way to assist us. Our arrival was especially great. When the reception staff saw my wife had mobility issues, they immediately offered us a complementary upgrade to a first floor room, which made everything so much nicer for us. We will definitely be returning, and we highly recommend the Springs Resort to anyone seeking a fabulous vacation. "

"One of the places that looks the same as in pics and even better. Nice and comfortable room, parking next to the room itself. Location was comfortable - quiet but only 10 minutes from la fortuna. The thermal pool is fun, especially at night. Breakfast is good but the rest is expensive. "

"Go on the eco walk in the morning to see the howler monkeys and some cool nature, it’s an easy walk on a straight dirt path ! Star class upgrade is worth it and I feel mandatory in order to enjoy everything around the resort. Always love Royalton hotels, the wildlife here was insane. I am more than happy with my stay and am so thankful for all the amazing staff that I will never forget ! "
