"Excellent location. Less than a half block away from plaza principal. The staff at the front desk were not very polite. Our check in time was 3pm, room was not ready. They stated it would be about another hour or so, and that they would call when room was ready. Never called. We went to have lunch and came back at 5pm but not sure when room actually became available. "

"Nice property: Front desk agent was super friendly. Hotel location was 10 minutes away from downtown. No restaurants near the property. You need to drive to downtown to grab food. If you want a quiet place’s to stay this location is perfect."

"Excelente estancia!!! Cuenta con instalaciones muy bonitas. Me tocó un día que hacía mucho frío y teníamos calefacción funcionando, agua caliente, súper fácil el check in y check out. Sin duda volvería a este lugar y lo super recomiendo. "

"Servicio regular, no hicieron aseo a la habitación, cuenta con estacionamiento lo cual es un plus, pero la ventana de la habitación da a la calle y se escucha todo el ruido de los vecinos, hubiera preferido que me dieran habitación de las que dan hacia el interior del hotel "
