"Nice old pub building in the centre of the small town. Down stairs arras were very nice with a cosy and traditional atmosphere. On checking in was advised kitchen was closed for 2 of the 3 nights. Breakfast (American pancakes) was very poor. Room was ok but tired around the edges. Very few power points and signs of a long term leak from shower which is always off putting. A REALLY noisy AC/ chiller unit below the bedroom window was pretty annoying Not a bad place, but at £145 a night i...

"This is a 3 star hotel and it does not pretend to be anything else. Great location with just a short walk to beach and town. Parking and large garden - with rabbits if you are lucky. Dog friendly. It is comfortable and clean enough. Plenty of storage in the room. Nice towels. Everything in the room worked. Free Wi-Fi Enjoyable breakfast. Indoor swimming pool is a great bonus. Wouldn’t recommend dinner but otherwise no complaints. Good value for money. We WILL stay again."

"Ian on the front desk was lovely, attentive and helped us with extra amenities plus directions for dinner. If i could him 5* alone i would. The bed was too hard for us. Breakfast was okay but cant complain when its free. Location is great. Parking a little expensive £16 for 24hrs"

"Julie my wife and I stayed at kates farm for three nights for a break and a rest, we had a great break and we are totally rested. Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home."

"The rooms were beautifully clean, comfortable and cosy. The staff were so so friendly, it was my first solo trip and they made me feel so comfortable and safe. From the welcome team, the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff I only ever felt looked after and cared for. I will definitely be staying again in the future. "
