"The staff was great at check in and even at 3:30 am when they made us coffee for the road. The room was clean and the shower had great pressure which was much appreciated after a 13hr drive. Even the the towels were nice and soft. The bed was very comfortable as well and it was quiet. We will definitely stay there again "

"The beds were advertised as queen size but were definitely not queen. The beds also had a huge dip in them and were not comfortable. The curtains didnt block the outdoor lights. The room phone didnt work, which could have been needed for medical emergency, and when we went to front desk to advise she said that it was a known issue and couldnt be fixed; she didnt offer to switch us rooms, she only offered to check us out on a Saturday night at 9pm. The customer service was horrible and they offered no resolution or empathy for the issue, she just said "you have a cell phone". "
