"The service here is unbelievable! The women at the front desk was just the nicest people in Boston! I gave this 1 star less (4 stars) not because of the hotel itself, but because of Hotels.com. They lied. They said free parking (when I placed that in the search filter) they offered this hotel. Hotels.com lied to me and said it was free parking. We still paid $5 a day for parking. I would have given this place 5 starts if Hotels.com didn't lie!"

"We've been to this hotel twice for a "staycation." It's very quiet (even on New Year's Eve!) and clean. The studios are well laid out and comfortable. I do want to point out that the hotel is "pet friendly," which is fine, but they do not have specific rooms for pets - the whole first and second floor can be used for guests with pets. We were given a room on the first floor and immediately detected a "wet dog" odor. I sprayed some room spray but that did not help and I began to get an allergic...
