"I arrived at the hotel by noon after a long journey and had to wait almost 20 minutes for check-in. There was only one staff at the reception and she had to manage check-in check-out, and phone calls. The room carpets were looks like older for a hotel like this. The toilet was not so clean that I never expected from a hotel like this in UAE. The shower curtains were old with lots of mixed colors including some fungus growth. The windows were not cleaned from the outside with lots of dust on it....

Works stay again

"Great resort. We should have done all inclusive but had car so easy to go into city for food. Beautiful room. Wonderful property. Very clean. In great condition. Nice beach. Great pool vibe. We don't have kids with us but lots of families there. We are from Canada. "
