"I general the hotel was good, they need to work more to update the rooms, the furniture was old. Staff were very helpful, they need to offer more kinds of food in the buffet"

"I arrived at the hotel by noon after a long journey and had to wait almost 20 minutes for check-in. There was only one staff at the reception and she had to manage check-in check-out, and phone calls. The room carpets were looks like older for a hotel like this. The toilet was not so clean that I never expected from a hotel like this in UAE. The shower curtains were old with lots of mixed colors including some fungus growth. The windows were not cleaned from the outside with lots of dust on it....
