"This hotel was really lovely and comfortable. The parking situation was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and paid $51 for one day. So be careful, and do not park in the Biblioteca (library) parking lot. There are several restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Being on top of the hill has the advantage of best place to see the city below and sunset from the beautiful roof top terrace over the mountains on the other side of the city. "We loved our trip to Girona. The hotel staff was amazing, and the beds were comfortable. We could walk everywhere; the city has local shops and restaurants throughout its winding streets. The terrace bar was perfect for grabbing a drink while others were napping. Our data plan was weak in Girona, so the map provided by the hotel was very helpful. "

"This is an exceptional property, beautifully restored from a sprawling 17th century Catalan farmhouse. The couple that run it are very engaging and helpful and the food, prepared by the husband, is simply outstanding. "Good value apartments close to shops and bars. Nearby bus stop (L1) to the old town, get off at Carrer Palamos and head towards the nearby cathedral and the heart of the old town. Decent size lounge/diner/kitchenette, comfy sofa, comfy bed and large bathroom/dressing area. Good WiFi able to stream UK TV on a Firestick no problem. Could do with blackout blinds/persianas in bedroom rather than the living room for sleeping."
