"To begin with the oven wasn’t working and after many calls and a few hours we were able to get into the electric box to flip it on. The rental company does not provide cleaning supplies due to their policy because it is poison. That’s what the proper manager told us. So the kitchen cabinets were filled with house feces and all we had to clean it with was dish soap. Also, the coffee pot had mold and old coffee grinds. Again nothing to clean with. They knew this on Wednesday night and we stayed...

"We absolutely loved the mountain home. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to use. The beds were comfortable. We utilized the beautiful front porch and fire pit. We loved hearing the cows. We were surprised by the fact you didn’t smell farm smells at all. "Roaches as big as my thumb, mouse droppings. Owners didn’t know anything about the camper. Air stopped working, had to call someone myself to tell me how to fix it. Owners didn’t seem to wanna be bothered . They had better things to do Took 2 hours to show up to check it by then I had it working . Daughter knew more about the camper than they did . I get that it’s all new to them . But they could’ve done so much better. Get an exterminator!!!!"
