"The weather outside was in mid 40's with wind. The foyer and hallways were cold. The room was cold, however, warmed up quickly. The water temp in shower did not get hot. The person at the front desk was very, very rude. I had to ask several times for clarity and the rudeness increased."

" They complimented us with a first floor room with a kingsize single bed, handicapped, which was much more convenient for the wheelchair. So nice of them. They didn’t have to do that. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. "

"We have stayed in other Avid properties and have found them clean and efficient. It includes a good breakfast. Only comment would be that the tables could be wiped down more often at breakfast time. The room is a good design for two people with a comfortable bed and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Thanks for a comfortable stay."

"Bathroom shower was not cleaned before our arrival. There was a lot hair on the walls inside the tub. Parking one night was a nightmare. They had an event going on so we had to park across the street. Other than those 2 things we had a good stay."

"It's conveniently located in the suburb of Richmond. Easy access to highway. Short drive to botanical garden, Short Pump town center and downtown. The design reminds us of Williamsburg, colonial style, tasteful. We enjoyed our stay."

"Very nice staff, very nice hotel. The pool and spa where amazing, cozzy rooms, maintenance helped me right away when I need the toilet unclogged, towel and face wipes brought every other day. Breakfast was very good, thank you for a welcoming stay!"
