"Loved the adjoining island. Food was above par. The restaurants were great. Both the jamaican and italian. Food was authentic. Buildings were a bit outdated same as i visited 7 years ago. Enjoyed the bar by the beach and the nightly shows. Service rreceived was worth the price paid. Would return again preferably for a short 3 to 4 day stay. The staff was welcoming and polite"

"Liked location and ease of booking. Unit out of date, someone entered the unit after we checked in and our belongings were there. No coffee, towels tattered, lights, fans confusing out of date. Bathroom needs to be gutted. "

"This hotel is clearly outdated. The tiles in the room were cracked and stained, the tub was cracked and peeling, the shower sang every time you turned the water on, the toilet ran on and on, even after jiggling the handle, the staff barely speak to you unless you speak first (this includes staff in the dining area, front desk, cleaning lady, pool guy, and at the bar), the food tastes like it was sitting in the freezer for months, defrosted in the microwave and served, the "security key card box"...
