"My stay was an all too short 24 hours. Driving into the hotel grounds, I immediately felt like I was transported to tranquility. The staff were welcoming, warm, helpful, and communicated clearly. Food was excellent. For lunch I had red peas soup, red snapper in a fish sauce with okra, macaroni and cheese, and an elderflower martini. The breakfast buffet offers great variety. I tried cake and salt fish for the first time and loved it. I also had a steamed green banana, filleted fish and onions...
