"Great property for travelers to Japan for the first time. Easy access to Shinjuku and all its modes of transportation across Tokyo and beyond. Hotel has great food options from fine dining to a 7-11 for a jet lag snack. Hotel has buses included for free to Tokyo Disney (book ahead of time) and airport limousine bus from/to both airports. Access to the Sky Plaza Ibashi on 47th floor included in many rates and is a great view of the city with free drinks. Worth the price."

"Property was very close to a 7/11, which as a tourist on a budget was very handy. Also very close to one of the train stations, which made moving to and from the hotel much easier. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. "

"Hotel limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son pequeñas si lo comparamos con el estándar occidental, pero funcionales y bien organizadas. La ubicación es buena, aunque la caminata hasta la estación de metro (dependiendo de tu paso) toma entre 10 y 15 minutos… y si estás cansado, puede sentirse eterna. Aun así, es una opción práctica y confiable para quedarse en Shinjuku."

"Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious and had amazing views. Amenities were restocked every day and everywhere was well maintained. We arrived very early (9am!!) after a 14 hour flight and were allowed into our room at 11am at no extra cost which was an absolute godsend. Perfect location. Would recommend to anyone. "

"This hotel is beautiful and MASSIVE!! We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great experience! They offer a super convenient shuttle service to the train station at no cost. The limousine bus to and from Narita and Haneda airport are paid service for affordable. (But the bus schedule ends early, around 6pm I believe, so we didn’t have the opportunity to ride from the airport since our flight arrived later.) The staff were helpful, and always ready with a smile. This property was across the beach, so our kiddos loved that. The only downside was that, the hotel location is quite far from all the attractions we did. Disney, TeamLap, Kidzania, Sakura district, Tokyo tower etc. (They’re all over 1.5 by train) But we were able to still move around because the train station from the hotel is walkable! If you’re looking for a more quiet stay, and don’t mind hopping from one train to another then this will be the right place for you! "
