"We stayed at this motel, to help break up our journey south. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Despite its location adjacent the highway, the room was quiet with a rural outlook. Our room looked suitable for a wheelchair bound person with wide doorways and spaces between furniture. Accommodation was about 10mins walk to town center. Room had a range of modern amenities "

"When checking in, we had planned to drop off our bags and head out, but when we saw the view from the deck, we ended up spending the late afternoon and evening sitting there. The hills rolled out before us, leading to the ocean, with mountains on one side and islands on the other. And it was so quiet, nothing but the wind in the trees, the twitter of birds, and an occasional roster call. "Well equipped small house with close neighbours, but it was incredibly quiet. Close to cafe and 4 square. There was a local power cut when we arrived and Barb kindly bought a large container of water for our use."
