"Compared to the rest of the southern sun hotels I’ve used over the years. This is the worst!! The rooms are not appealing, the towels are not clean. They look something between white and brown. The bathrooms are a turn off. The workmanship on the plumbing is just untidy. This hotel needs a serious revamp. The walkways are so dull. It looks so dingy. "

"It seemed like this place just opened and was not ready for guests, but they did not have power when I arrived, which was a big let down after traveling from the US for over a day. They also didn't have internet for a while, until they got power back and after I asked. Not a bad place, maybe it'll get better with time. The food and service was good! "

"The hotel was surprisingly very nice. The check in was nice and staff very friendly. The room & bathroom are an excellent size. Breakfast buffet was good. Restaurant had good food while we lounged by the pool. The only thing I didn't like was that I thought the shuttle was included and when we took it for a 10 minute drive to the mall (it was very close but with traffic it took longer.
