"My husband and I went for our honeymoon/first anniversary. The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. They were also funny and fun! Everyone took care of our needs and made sure we had everything. Our concierge, Henry, was phenomenal. It was safe, quiet, and had fun activities during the day/night if you'd like. Those activities also did not bother us if we chose to miss out. The food was good, easily accessible, and quick. The drinks were really good and had options for non-alcoholic drinks....

"Service in the restaurants should be better, most of the time they didn’t understand what we were saying or helped us get drinks etc… Concierge is amazing ! Nicolay helped us so much, the vacation tour lady was the best and the girls in the kids club too! The music around the pool should be better. But we had so much fun and we love Barceló resorts. "

"Beautifully kept with beaches and pools that were clean and never felt overly crowded. The staff were friendly, attentive and very responsive. There were plenty of day and night activities offered and we were always made to feel like our every need and request was top priority. "

"Staff were lovely. Food was pretty good. Grounds and beach were beautiful. Only issue was the room. Great oceanfront location, but the bathroom had a tub, where you had to step into to get a shower. VERY DATED! Room looked old, clean but old."
