"Brilliant stay here. Lovely, big room. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Special mention to the lady who took care of my laundry with a smile and did an excellent job. Easy walking distance to the station and the old city attractions. Highly recommended. "

"The location, staff, service and cleanliness were excellent. However the beds were incredibly noisy every time you moved the culprit being the mattress protector. Being a woman of a certain age it was uncomfortably hot due to the plastic/rubber material. "

"Sebastian at the front desk was most helpful and spoke English very well. Hotel is clean. Bed mattresses are very basic, pillows were decent. Bamberg is very charming!"

"We arrived after 6 and getting our key was tough. Communication was tricky and while the photos show parking in front of property, you will get a 50 Euro ticket if you do."

"Wonderful location, great room, and excellent, friendly staff. Restaurant Eckert attached also very good. Would stay here again anytime. Best place I've stayed in Germany in my 30 years of travel there. sad when I had to leave."
