"The room was comfortable and warm. As we're elderly, the receptionist gave us a room near the lift which was very helpful. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. The main drawback was that Liverpool were playing and the volume of the big screen TVs was deafening meaning we had to scream our order to the bar staff. I also thought a minimum of £7.70 for a small glass and £9.50 for a large glass of ordinary house wine was far too expensive. I WILL return, but buy only...

"We enjoyed our two day stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and professional. The Dining area could have been more private as the guests entering and leaving the hotel was distracting and a bit noisy. On the first day their was an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom and it took well over an hour to dissipate. It did not return during our 2 night stay.
