"Professional,friendly welcome. Free upgraded room. Lovely spacious room and the air conditioning was most welcome on an unseasonly hot September day. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless. They offer free luggage storage for their guests which is a bonus if you want to explore before you check in or after you check out."

"Love this hotel and the atmosphere it has. Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean & the most comfortable beds I’ve ever stayed in. Didn’t manage to go to the spa this time but on a previous stay the spa is amazing & definitely worth a visit. The food in the rum bar is lovely highly recommend the Cajun chicken ciabatta! Definitely one of my favourite hotels that I will return to time & time again "

"Hotel was lovely. It was clean and very quirky. The rooms was big and bathrooms was so good the shower and jet baths was go good. Hotel had a a great restaurant breakfast was lovely and the bar was well stocked goid cocktails at a great price. Its also really in a good location near everything. "The Liner is a great place to stay. We had an executive room on the 5th floor loads of room and a very large bed. Stayed in the same room last year very clean, nothing is to much trouble for the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and reasonable price .We also ate in the restaurant the meals were very good and also reasonably priced. All in all a very good place to have a break in Liverpool. "
