"Great central location. Good pool and breakfast selection. Not pleased about the lack of housekeeping as we were staying for 2 nights. We raised this at reception but NO action was taken. Also, service at reception is extremely slow. We checked in online but it still takes ages when you get there."

"Love this hotel, the Rooms are the biggest in Liverpool, the beds are comfortable but I always take my own pillows when travelling. At the base of the toilet there was some staining but, other than that, the room was clean. The restaurant food was nice but I’ve had better steaks. The staff in the bar/lounge area are not very attentive and each time I have used that area I have needed to go to the bar to place orders for food and drink despite there being ample staff and very few customers. "Amazing! We got a room upgrade to “the studio” which was lovely, clean and spacious. The amenities were great and the room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, along with the other restaurants in the hotel. The highlight being the gluten free options available at all of them. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and spa. We would 100% go back "

"Upon check in I was greeted by Zoe who offered a very warm welcome to the hotel. She was very caring and considerate. I was offered late check out also by becoming a member of Accor which was excellent as I had some online meetings in the morning and midday. The bed was very very comfy. The room was spotless. The town and docks are within 10-15 minute walk and there are plenty of places to eat and drink within this distance, overall very happy thank you."
