"The property is fine and the facilities are good. The parking seems safe and is convenient, but the spaces marked for the Holiday Inn were very full. The spaces marked for Miller and Carter were available but it was not clear if it was ok to park there. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. "Had a really lovely stay. Slight mix up at reception when someone was already in our room but quickly resolved by reception and provided with a free drink. Room and hotel really lovely atmosphere and decoration. We had a dinner package which was great value. "

"Unfortunately my bedroom windows weren't double glazed (or if they were it was very poor) so there was a lot of traffic noise meaning not a good sleep. Also other visitors weren't very considerate when arriving back at night so again rather noisy. On the plus side the table service at breakfast was very good instead of having to get food from a buffet."
