"The staff is wonderful and some of the best in person customer service you will see in Brazilian hospitality. The food is great as well activities for kids. Pool service is fast and efficient. But rooms need upgrading and towels are super thin. "

I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly ."

The hotel has several security cameras. The room, while on the smaller side, is neat and tidy. It has a closet with safety deposit box and enough surfaces to put things on.
