At first I was told I had two different charges for incidental, one for $100 and one for $174 and that it would come off my account. "The hotel is nice, staff helpful, great swimming pool, & easy parking for larger vehicles. Unfortunately we had people drinking in the next room who came and went for hours at night. Their door and ours are so close the bang of theirs closing sounded like it was in our room! And off course their drunken voices. We had two small children and trying to keep them asleep was not easy. "
