"There is no tea/coffee making facilities and no fridge in the rooms - which we missed. A bathroom and toilet in the bedrooms are not soundproofed, just a small area separated by plastic partition which was little uncomfortable. Design great, bed very comfortable, rooms are warm. Location excellent. "

"Beautiful property. Housekeeping does a good job. Front desk staff is alright though not particularly welcoming even though they know customers have traveled from afar. They never return emails sent to them prior to our arrival when we had questions. I even asked the staff and they didn’t have an answer. Strange. "

"We enjoyed our stay, but found that the pool and gym are not accessible to children. Which was a shame as my daughter and I love to swim. The manager did pay for us to go to an alternative swimming pool, but this was a 15 minute commute to and was not what we had expected and less convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The heating was set very high in our room which took me a while to realise. So we steamed the first night. "
