He went the extra mile to work with the reception desk in getting us a more suitable room because the room we were first assigned smelled of fresh paint. Gabriel, the doorman, was just as helpful. "Like many travelers needing a hotel before or after a Kenyan safari, I initially looked at Western chain hotels because they are more familiar, but more expensive than local hotels. You can save money and have a better experience at the Panari. It’s as clean and safe as the chain hotels. Plus there’s much much to do without leaving the hotel. If you’re a lap swimmer there’s a 25 yard pool. An ice skater? There’s an indoor rink! Movie theater and several restaurants too. "

"I had a wonderful stay in Novotel Nairobi. It was centrally located in the Westlands neighborhood and near lots of restaurants, nightlife and shopping. It was easy to get uber as well. The service was great and the rooftop restaurant was a vibe on the weekend. The rooms were big and clean. Highly recommend. "
