"Great New York experience!!! Everyone employed at hotel and restaurants in hotel were just amazing!! So very nice, friendly & accommodating. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to Macys, Madison Square Garden and tons more! Inside hotel room was nearly silent, so soundproof! We slept great. Parking garage less than a block that gives huge discount for hotel patrons (get ticket validated upon check out). Will absolutely be staying here on our future visits!! "

"We were checked in by a great receptionist. She gave us our room early and was very polite. The hotel is in great walking distance from a lot of touristy spots so we walked everywhere. I definitely recommend this hotel "

"Overall the property was nice and met all the expectations I had. I would not say there was anything astonishing about the hotel but for the price it was perfect. I was disappointed with the parking options and price though. $100 for on demand valet. $75 for on deck valet. $40 to park your own car across the street and walk. I understand it’s a busy area and space is limited but as a family of 4 it was challenging to load and unload. Couldn’t justify $100 for valet parking. "

"My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary and it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had partial views of the falls. We did the dining at the restaurants and they were good. The buffet could’ve been a little more hot. We did the rooftop firework experience with a bottle of sparkling wine and a charcuterie board. Overall it was a beautiful experience. Everything is close by. "

"Perfect location for us next to the 28TH St Metro … easy to navigate all of Manhattan … rooms look bigger on the website but manageable … nice that they have a coffee maker, microwave and fridge - highly recommend going to a local gourmet deli for in room staples because eating out everyday is very, very pricey … excellent staff that took care of everything that came up as the lobby was busy everyday with guests coming and going … "
