"The hotel room was great but no staff around to help. I didnā€™t have water the whole afternoon until late night and the next morning I was taking a shower and the water gone I have get out of the shower with soap and start yelling to anyone to help me and after 2 hours they fixed by the time I have to check out. They need Staff and a phone in the room to connect it to the office to get help "
