"Very walkable"

"Our stay was great, it only left something to be desired in some things, when we arrived the bed sheets were disgusting, so we called the reception and they took almost 1 hour to change the bed sheets. So we practically lost 1 hour because we were waiting and the stay was very expensive for wasting 1 hour. But apart from that everything was great, the shower is very good, the view is very beautiful and it is very comfortable."

"Stayed for a weekend. The staff was awesome, the hotel itself was chic and was within walking distance to everything, although we ubered because of the weather. It was clean and the attached cafe was a great touch"

"Overall it was good hotel. It was near a lot of places to eat and sight see in the Copley Plaza area. The property itself, there was no room service, no coffee machine in the room and bellman service. I respect the hotel history and landmark just wish it was a bit modernized having at least one of these services. "

"When I went to check in the valet personal Said they would be right with me, my husband waited 25 min to then be told valet was closed, other than that the hotel experience and staff were great "

"This property is in the most perfect location in downtown Boston, it was honestly better than I imagined. My husband and I stayed here for our 2 year anniversary. Even though the building was under construction, everything was quiet and nice during our stay. We didn't rent a car so we walked everywhere and it was close to everything it felt. 10/10"

"LOVED the location, comfort, staff! The room was clean and warm (perfect for the winter), the staff were helpful and friendly (esp. Kendall and Edward) - quick to suggest GREAT restaurants and knowledgeable about local history. If I ever make it back to Boston I'll be sure to book here! THANKS y'all for a great stay!"
