"The website offers free airport shuttle but when we got there, they said only IF staff were available. This was more than a bit frustrating as it was the main reason we had chosen this hotel. In the end, they came through and provided shuttles to and from the airport. VERY IMPORTANT FOR US."

"The bathroom was in my favorite color. The room was very clean and spacious. The only issue, was disappointed that there was no complimentary coffee or tea in the room/suite. A suite should have complimentary tea, at least. It was not a cheap room, so I had the expectation of at least some tea. "

"The absolute BEST HOTEL we've been in in YEARS!!!! The pool and slide are my kids' favorite. Even mom joined in on the fun, since it was an open slide. Breakfast - they don't skimp!!!! Has anyone noticed the new trend of pretending that gravy is a breakfast food? I completely appreciate the terrible economy the current Pres/Vice Pres has given us with out-of-control and record inflation. I get it, but we're also all paying higher room rates because of it. This hotel does NOT use the current economy as an excuse to offer gravy as a meat protein. Nope! We actually got eggs AND sausage patties!!!! My kids were thrilled!! Thank you! The staff was super friendly, our room was very convenient and close to the elevators, everything was GREAT. Perfect for Roosevelt National Park. "
