"A colleague from reception was very helpful when my heating wasn't working in my room. He immediately had the radiator checked and when discovered it wasn't working, he sourced a small heater for the room. "

"Only needed this stay as a bolthole, to visit family and friends, and on that level it was fine and serviceable...and a great quick price. Will be using again, for same purpose, soon."

"Here for a masquerade ball on the Friday evening so stayed over for 2 nights. Lovely room.Very comfy and clean It did get a bit hot and we couldn't turn down the radiator. There was a QR code that you could click on to access the hotel guide.Also a section where you could agree not to have your room serviced and could choose a reward instead(drinks or snacks) I was very impressed as we didn't need our linen or towels changing. However having submitted my preference the link didn't work so we...

"It was all that we needed. A room to wash and change in a bed to sleep in and a kettle with supplies for a cuppa in the morning . All nice and clean. "
