"Staff were excellent! Nathaniel, Director of food service, was so much fun and so customer focused! He was helping out everywhere! The manager at the front desk was also great but I didn't get his name. Really- all staff were excellent. They seem to really enjoy their work! Beautiful historic hotel."

"I loved the large rooms, nice decor and helpful staff. I wish the restaurant was not closed during the day. I arrived at noon and the restaurant was closed until 4 and would have been nice to get a coffee /snack upon arrival from the airport"
