"Excellent stay. Hôtel was very clean. Large room and oversized shower in bathroom. Friendly reception and bar staff. Well placed for walking into the main squares of Arras. Would recommend. "

"Basic hotel but no issues apart from the stairwells and staircase to the car park being inhabited by homeless and stinking if smoke etc… my wife in particular found this very intimidating and wouldn’t go to car park alone. This clearly needs addressing by the hotel. "

"Staff went above and beyond, the property is upscale and immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The hotel breakfast was worth the added cost and gave us a good start for our two days of shopping the Lille market."

"Only used as stopover hotel on our way to the Stelvio Pass in Italy but it was a great choice. A very modern, welcoming and comfortable hotel, with all amentities you'd expect for a 4* hotel. Our only challenge was food hotel dining options on the evening, only charcuterie boards available and that's not our thing, disspaointed but not a reason to not stay at this lovely hotel"

"What the pictures don’t show is that, the toilet is so tiny that I couldn’t stretch out my 2 hands while inside the toilet ( and by toilet I mean the wc, the washing basin and the shower room combined ). And this tiny toilet doent even have an extraction fan inside of it so Goodluck with any smell that could get into the room. The rooms don’t have a ventilation system so you can only open the window for fresh air to come in. When I was searching for a place, I remember considering this hotel vs...

"Small but comfortable room. Restaurant really good, but make reservations, we’re we’re out of luck out second night. Great staff at restaurant and front desk. "

"Only downside was no elevator to the upper floor, in particular with heavy luggage. Dinner at the restaurant was very nice."

"Used as a stop from the port when driving from UK to disneyland paris. We arrived after midnight and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who escorted us the our accommodation. Very helpful and informative Great room, we'll equipped and clean Will definitely use again in future 24 hour check in was a bonus and easy parking right outside "
