"The hotel is near Hakodate train and bus station(You can take bus to HKD). There's morning market in next block of this hotel for seafood. Hakodate does not have underground so taking bus or tram may be easier to get to the attractions. Just be aware of the time. The breakfast is good and good to have in winter time (you don't want to go out in cold winter morning). "

"Really great value! We reserved for our family (5) and the 5th bed (pullout couch) was already made with sheets and everything. We had 4 full size beds. This hotel is only 2-3 min from the station. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We chose the option with breakfast (buffet style), and we loved the breakfast, too. My favorite was mini-melon-pan (bread) and there were many choices for food for breakfast, both Japanese and western style cuisine. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Great staff and lovely rooms, very much a resort vibes kind of place. Front desk spoke good English and they went the extra mile at every opportunity to try and make the stay more pleasant. Beds a little bit hard for my liking. Bathrooms exceptional and the onsen was great too!"
