"Hotel mocno średni. Pokoje tragedia połamana deska WC, ułamany zaczep od drzwi prysznica, spalona żarówka w szafie, niedziałające wifi, szlafroki tragedia. Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. Źle naliczona kwota za pobyt i brak informacji w restauracji o wykupionej obiado-kolacji (na szczęście udało się to wyjaśnić). Jedyny plus za SPA i...

"Hotel is on outskirts of town and is mainly a resort with cabins and basketball courts and a small sandy beach on lakeside. Area is beautiful but for a "business" traveler this hotel doesn't offer. WiFi poor. Room small and there was two single beds in my room which were fold up beds that were so low to ground its difficult to get up from. "Very nice Hotel in a small town rural Poland. They managed the language barrier very well. Nice meal from their restaurant. The bed left something to be desired for comfort."

"Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. The room was big, airy beautiful with the view of front entrance. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes & slippers. The towels were big fluffy. "Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus am See war wunderbar! Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist traumhaft, mit herrlichem Blick und einem direkten Zugang zum See. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders haben uns die Abende mit Sonnenuntergang und die Kajaktouren auf dem See gefallen. Auch in der nahegelegenen Stadt Ostróda gibt es viel zu entdecken. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit."
