"This resort is magical. It really has something for everyone. We enjoyed onsite Mayan Ruins, snorkeled in a Cenote outside our room, pools, waterpark, rescue animals, wild animals like monkeys, coatis, and cats wandering in front of you, and top it off with all inclusive food and drinks! Things we saw but didn't do- Segway rentals, bikes, tennis courts, kayaks, paddleboards, and Kids Club. But that is only because we ran out of time exploring and enjoying ourselves. "Staff was amazing, the property was clean and sanitary. My only criticism is the lack of accessibility for people with mobility issues (lots of stairs, no beach access, no bars in bathroom stalls)"
