"I had a great time at O beach studios Everything was as advertised beachfront studio with a lovely terrace The apartment was spacious and located next to bars and restaurants Staff at reception top notch friendly polite and helpful and the cleaning team were always cheerful and happy to assist if anything needed doing . All in all i great place to stay for a first time visit to Mauritius. "

"Very well stocked apt with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom/showers. Linen and towels included. Kitchen has everything you need including a washing machine. Unit has screens on windows and back balcony alowing you to keep windows open while A/C is off. Nice breeze between front and back balconies. There is a beach and supermarket walking distance as well as the very under rated Dodo traffic circle. "Stand beside a Dodo". Main shopping mall is about 3 km, (2 mi), away. "Lovely villa - as described. Francesca, the maid was delightful and couldn’t be more helpful - she did our washing and cooked a couple of meals as well as keeping the villa nice and clean. Clivy, the property manager was on hand at all times and answered any questions immediately as well as organising transport requirements. "Property is in a good location, and is a good size apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and lounge. There’s also a washing machine and an outdoor verandah where you can hang clothes. There is a beach view which is lovely but unfortunately, this is where it ends. Apartment was not clean. Everything appeared dirty. We washed the towels before using them as we weren’t sure they were clean. Apartment smelt like cooking, and was very stuffy. Only one bowl provided, so tricky with breakfast! "

"We were met on arrival at the villa by the housekeeper Dorinne. Dorinne was very friendly and showed us all around the villa and explained the alarms and keys etc. The villa is extreamly well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. "We just returned home from a 31 night stay at Dylan’s property. We found the location to be very good, an easy 2 minute walk to Flic en Flac beach and centrally located for exploring the rest of the island. Communication was very good, both with Dylan and his aunt who lived in the building. They gave us lots of information regarding the island and activities going on. Functionally and thoughtfully structured rooms including a large master bedroom equipped with a working desk big enough for two people, connecting walk-in closet (room!) with a built-in dresser. "The staff at the venue made our holiday for us. My wife has a number of dietary requirements and the staff went out of their way to cater for her in all cases. Nothing was too much of a problem. It also helped that the room was stunning, as was the view and surroundings. It's a small hotel and if that's what you're looking for then it's perfect."

Amazing place

"Lovely hotel, stunning location right on beach. Staff were brilliant, restaurants great and lots of choice. Facilities were brilliant gym and golf great. Only downside is beware of shop prices. False economy for a business to charge such high prices. Would have bought more if better prices. Picked a golf magazine up to buy until I got to the till and they said it’s £15. Less than £5 in England. Because resort is out on a limb they feel they can charge crazy prices in shops. Other than that was amazing."

"Beautiful report. Stunning backdrop with mountain in background as you’re by the pool or beach. Everything was almost perfect. The almost is the service.. although it’s done with a smile and very warm.. it was a bit slow. We sometimes had to repeat orders. So 9/10. Would definitely visit again. "

"Definitely a top hotel. Few comments. To give extra information for future guests about small downsides. No hot drinks at lunch and dinner. (It is possible in the various bars), breakfast we found open late 07h30. And yet quite a bit of construction debris (concrete blocks) on the beach and sunbed)"

"Great location with fabulous staff. Dining options could be improved as the evening buffet was not, in our opinion, value for money and could have provided a better range and quality. The other restaurants on site are excellent though and you have plenty of other choices in Flic N Flac, which is a short taxi ride away,"

"We had a lovely suite with roof terrace and fantastic sea view . Huge beds, AC great bathroom . Staff were all lovely and you didn’t feel any sort of resentment from anyone which can be the case sometimes. Breakfast was great everyday and their limited dinner option was something that we tried a few times because the chefs really were very good at their jobs . The building is a lovely old hotel but needs a little bit of attention as it is starting to get a little bit scruffy . That being said , it was very comfortable and we definitely were very happy with our stay there and would re-book with them "
