"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the St Athans Hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around which were easy to walk to. The staff was helpful and kept our luggage safe and locked when it was too early to check in and after when we had checked out but it was too early to go to the airport. They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. We were worried the shared bathrooms...

"Cute and nicely decorated. Room was small, with no counter space, but clean. There was no elevator though and we had to carry large cases up three flights of narrow stairs. Great location and friendly staff though. We'd definitely stay again. "

"I was lucky to stay in the newer part of the hotel that had been refurbed and it was a nice stay. The staff were great too. It is well posted around the hotel that there is a refurb happening. Would stay here again"

"Stayed for one night after visiting Royal Albert Hall which was about 25 minutes walk. The hotel is well presented, clean and modern. Reception & breakfast staff were lovely. Room on a smaller side, bathroom was a bit of a squeeze, but you could easily pay 2x more for a similar accommodation in the area so no complaints here. Breakfast had a good variety, was fresh & delicious. Highly recommend the warm vegan croissant with blueberry filling:-) Will definitely stay here again."

The room has no window, yes it’s perfect for one or two nights because busy city, noises are the last thing you need to bring to the hotel so a room without window works magic, with the smart air condition you are sorted "
