"Although called an airport hotel be advised it's a 10-15 minute shuttle ride and the shuttle costs 10 pounds. So figure that in to the economical price. City bus 103 is 2 pounds but takes 35 or 40 minutes. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel and a good pub 4 minutes walk. The architecture reminds me of the Soviet Union but rooms are very basic and very clean.. "

"Ive stayed at thia property a number of times over the last 5 years or so - mainly because it is so central, yet reasonably priced. However,i have really noticed massive upgrades in the way the hotel has been managed in my last two stays, and improvements in the general standards of decor etc - though it remains affordale and good value for money. "

"Stayed for one night in a standard room. Large hotel with everything you need for a night or two. Staff were friendly. Easy to get to from the train station and easy to get into central Manchester. Would stay again. "
