"The place was stunning no doubt but getting there was difficult. It's at the far end of the island, a 3 hour drive from Nadi airport. I was told that Fiji has 2 climates. While it was sunny at our first hotel near the airport, it poured our entire stay at Nanuku which makes for a poor island experience. Being one who loves to walk and hike and not just sit around, it made it tough. Highlight was Tina, the amazing masseuse, try her out, you will not be disappointed. "

"Road in is not in good condition, seemed like a farm track. So be prepared for that, trust your nose and keep going. Resort is older and dated in places, but clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Nice to have a beach to swim in and a pool as well"

"We stayed one night and it was lovely. The road there was horrendous but it was worth it for the isolation it created. Very small and minimal in set up but worth the trek. Not we’d stay too long there again due to the isolation but it was perfect for our overall holiday in Fiji."

"The villa is in a nice neighborhood and very close to grocery stores and a restaurant. The host was gracious enough to provide close by activities and hidden gems. The place is big and has an in law unit across the pool that my teenage daughter enjoyed her privacy in. The only improvement I'd suggest is to have an AC unit in the main living area."

"This was a beautiful property, although it is a bit dated it felt very clean and tidy with plenty of space. It was a great location about a good 3 hours drive from the airport so you see a lot of Fiji ( mind the potholes). It is a 5 minute walk to the village. It had everything you needed soap ( bring your own shampoo), washing machine powder, everything we needed in the kitchen, pool towels,, bath towels, etc. There is a lady that comes in a couple of times during our week stay and she changed...

"Such a large accommodation that easily housed 3 couples for 5 nights. Beautifully manicured garden. Great ventilation, but ac was great when needed. So handy having a washing machine. Fun was had kyaking with plenty of life jackets provided. Thank you"
