"Good Service Amidst Renovation Challenges We recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience due to some unforeseen circumstances, but we still appreciated the efforts of the hotel staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived, we had booked an oceanfront room with two twin beds through Expedia. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and none of the oceanfront twin rooms were available. "Excellent dining options for those of us on halfboard. Really good sommeliers with an extensive knowledge of their long winelists. Loved the squashcourt. Beaches (public) were amazing, and even if waters became shallow on South beach during tide, swimming was brilliant. Nice rooms with everything you need, and no fuzz with refilling coffee, drinking water. Simply the best."

"It was less secluded than the other hotels so you can easily walk to restaurants and bars nearby, but the property itself is very quiet and super nice because it has a huge garden which is spotless and very well maintained. "

"Wonderful place and wonderful staff. The hotel is well kept and seems still new. The room was large and the patio and well were lovely being both private and with great views. The staff were lovely especially Cindy and Lucianna who made the restaurant perfect and spoilt our 6 year old. Only negative was a few small mosaic tiles missing around the pool."
