"The rooms division is terrible. Front desk ineffficient, not providing the expected services, lack knowledge, skills and information. Drainage in shower cabinet is too slow, towel taken away although is hung as directed for protection of enivronment. only one bath towel for one guest. Socket should be international type, not Chinese type(you are international hotel, right?). F&B is excellent. Excellent service. Good food quality.
