Devin told us he was not expecting us until the 6th. It was the 6th! He allowed us to unload our luggage and use the restroom. The place was filthy! We had to run to the store to give them more time. "Beautiful location on the beach Physical maintenance needs some work, multiple broken light fixtures, internal, and external. No lights at night up the walkway to the room you had to use your phone or a flashlight to not fall. Cracked broken tile ant entrance to the room !! nice place just really needs a good maintenance support."

"Manager and staff are friendly and helpful. Great room: nice decor, comfortable bed and linens, nice kitchenette. Could hear street activities but 10p quiet time respected by those outside and inside hotel. They even have a community kitchen w/ a full size oven and stove top, sink, microwave, and full size fridge. They had utensils, pans, and a dish drainer and dust soap, herbs, salt/pepper.
